A flurry of SHM-SACDs on the way....

Here's comes a breathtaking fluorish of newly remastered albums in the shm-sacd series from Japan. The Rolling Stones are well represented with makings of their 70's and 80's output including "Sticky Fingers", "Tattoo You", "Dirty Work", and "It`s only Rock `n Roll"..and I like it! 

Uriah Heep wants you to "Look at Yourself", Thin Lizzy smells the "Black Rose" (RIP Gary Moore), and I see a Rainbow "Rising"...throw in a dose of  `Master of Reality`and a little `Love over Gold`` as well as some Camel and Pentangle and I`m gonna take out a mortgage on my condo to upgrade my speakers for these excellent sounding 2 channel sacds.... 

2nd Round of SHM-SACDs just announced...

Here comes round 2 of what promises to be an exciting marrying of Super Audio with a new manufacturing technique known as Super High Material. Speaking from my own experience and ears I can say that the stand alone SHM titles already in rotation sound considerably fuller, warmer, image better and thus more closely represent the listening experience of vinyl'd analog. Although I haven't been able to audition the first series of SHM-SACD yet I can say with all humility that I'm making room on my shelves for more....more....
